Episode 119 Cat's Story (Yoga)

Meet Cat, the owner of 502 Power Yoga in Louisville Kentucky (and in Jeffersonville Indiana😉), she and I spent some time on the tail end of this Derby weekend to chat about her story of coming to find her true spirit through the practice of yoga, another way I've heard it said is "True Voice". Yoga, and specifically 502 Power Yoga, is where I picked up the phase "True North Alignment", it refers to the main positioning cues when calling poses, but for me it is also my internal compass, and what I follow to keep me aligned with my true spirit and my Higher Power's will.   502PY is my home studio, and where I received my 200 hours of teacher training. Without a doubt, yoga has been the single most influential thing in my recovery over the past couple years.
