He is an expert both from a legal and operational perspective in consumer-directed healthcare products. Bart began his career at UMB Financial Corporation in Kansas City, Mo., where he served as Assistant Vice President for the company’s Institutional Fixed Income Group. Bart graduated from Washington University in St. Louis, Mo., where he earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance, Psychology and Philosophy. He also earned a Juris Doctor degree from Tulane Law School and is admitted to practice law in Texas and Missouri.
