Episode 12 Monday 25th March

Send us Fan MailMonday. Its an unusual start to the day as its a 10am gym session. Then its back home to upload more podcasts. Tuesday. Its back to work! Everything runs to schedule. My old boss gives my new boss my details but not my Contract of Employment. However the accounts dept in London may have received it. A meeting is setup for tomorrow. Wednesday. I arrive for work full of hope for the future.First though I have to do my round. Then I head for the meeting in a council building. My Union rep and myself and my new boss go through the details. Only one item is which is the start of my employment. I then head back for lunch. Other than that day is a quiet one. Thursday. Its another quiet workday. In the distance I see some lorries setting up a big wheel. I saw this last year from a distance. Its quiet so I finish work in the afternoon on time. Friday. Today is good friday a bank holiday. However one of my work colleages and appears and is surprised to see me at work. I tell him I have to work on bank Holidays. I carried out my daily tasks and then in the late afternoon I go home. I say goodbye to my base as it is to close for 8 weeks for refurbishment. Saturday. I go to the gym and I get an email from the organizer's of Cambridge's Strawberry Fair where I want to promote this podcast. Then its of to the supermarket as all shops are closed tomorrow. Sunday. No shops open and no political activity a very quiet and boring day!
