William Henry Harrison was born on February 9, 1773 at Berkeley Plantation in Charles City County, VA, and he was the 9th President of the United States. On his inauguration day on March 4, 1841 it was a cold day with freezing rain, and he decided not to wear an overcoat or hat. He spoke for almost 2 hours, caught pneumonia, and died 31 days later!
