Hello and welcome to number 130! This week I am joined by Rebecca Shoval who has joined me this week to talk about coffee and travel. Rebecca is a volunteer at Not Just Tourists which delivers medical supplies to people who can not afford them. The idea is that anyone travelling to pretty much anywhere in the world can offer to carry an extra suitcase with medical supplies and then deliver to the contact on the other side. It is an amazing project doing awesome work. Check them out below!In this episode, Rebecca and I discuss our mutual appreciation for coffee and how she incorporates coffee into her travels. We talk about what it is like to see real-life coffee farms in places like Hawaii, Colombia, Indonesia and more. We discuss the now very popular coffee culture and how that in itself, is a little industry where people seek out independent coffee shops in new places.
