My guest today is Pleasant Gehman. A writer, dancer, actor, musician, witch, Tarot reader, and Hollywood, CA icon. From the age of sixteen, Gehman worked as a journalist and cultural commentator with articles published on rock 'n' roll, teenage homelessness, prostitution, magic, and more.In the late 1970s and early 1980s, Gehman documented the Los Angeles punk scene she helped create in her fanzine "Lobotomy.”She has appeared in many documentaries, including the Hulu documentary series The Darkside of the 90s, and will be featured in the upcoming occult documentary series Magick Show by Richard Metzger.
