Caine used alcohol from an early age to suppress his mental health challenges and it almost cost him his life. He explains how he unpacked his trauma and found ways not to spiral back into alcoholism. Caine gives valuable advice and inspiration to overcome addiction for yourself, because you have to do it for you.
