A journey from high school through medical school to being a team physician for a Div 1 athletic program.  Nosh shares the successes, failures, and adversity that has made him into the caring health care provider he is today in hopes to influence a young professional, or any follower of the podcast,  to stand up to the challenge of "you cannot do that".  His hard work and non-entitlement personality is certainly refreshing in today's society.  Nosh is the perfect example of being tenacious in working toward a goal in life.
