Episode 154: Dr Disrespect Has Been Banned!

The whole crew is back with the news of the week. Reckful, a huge streamer most well known for Wow, died this week. He has had some mental health issues haunting him for a while, and we don't want to see this to happen to anyone else. Times are especially hard right now. Please, if you think you need some help, talk to your friends and family. They want to help you just as much as you want to help them. We're all in this together. Hyper Scape is a new Battle Royale game from Ubisoft currently in alpha testing. They stole all of our ideas! But really, it looks interesting, and people seem excited for it. Dr Disrespect has been banned from Twitch. There's a lot of theories out there, but most of them seem to agree that whatever the reason is, it's bad, and probably involves legal charges. When we know more, you'll be the first people we tell. EVO has been canceled. The CEO has been removed due to sexual assault allegations. A lot of the fighting game community has been wrecked with sexual abuse allegations and charges this week. It's hard on everyone to find out the worst of the people you look up to. People should never have to go through these things, and we support everyone speaking out about it. There seems to be a new Fallout TV show coming through Amazon soon. We don't know a lot about it, but we hope it's going to be amazing. This week's Hot Take is about Mr Beast's Finger on the App app. It was a contest that had players holding their finder on their phone for 70+ hours to win $25,000. Mr Beast said there were security measures in place to prevent bots, but Jaku went through the code and doesn't believe that.
