Brooke is a long-time pet business owner who has a large pet sitting and dog walking business in Los Angeles.   She no longer does the pet sitting and dog walking visits herself; she has a large team of staff to help her.   One of the challenges Brooke is currently struggling with is how to get new clients. She used to get a lot of new client requests but lately she hardly gets any inquiries from new clients.
