Episode 16 "Hey Drew, What's New?"

from The Fabled Broadcast · host The Fabled Broadcast

On Episode 16 of The Fabled Broadcast, our guest is our good friend Drew Wilson. Drew is The Fabled Broadcast's official oracle when it comes to new music and interesting new bands; so we had him on to play a little game of: "Hey Drew, What's New?" Drew is a graduate of the University of Central Oklahoma with a degree in music performance and a minor in jazz. He was also in the band, Aberrant Lines, with some of our previous guests (see episodes 7 & 8, and/or listen to the very end of this episode for a very special, PREVIOUSLY UNRELEASED, Aberrant Lines song) and is currently working with Blake and Billy in The Fabled Few. Before Drew arrives, Blake and Billy discuss some of the podcasts they enjoy, the perils of snow skiing, and yeast. Drew shows up and we talk about his senior recital, Aberrant Lines, Tinnitus, and different TV shows we all enjoy. We also talk a little about our plans for the New Year's Episode of The Fabled Broadcast. On part 1 of "Hey Drew, What's New", Drew shows us songs from the following bands/artists: Keifer - "Happy Sad Sunday" Palm Daze - "Everything Everyday" King Gizzard and The Lizard Wizard - "Tezeta" Froyo Ma w/ Charlotte Day Wilson - Spent Missing" Richard Spaven w/ Jordan Rakei - "The Self" Outro song: Aberrant Lines - "Libra" If you want to be a guest on The Fabled Broadcast, shoot us an email: [email protected] Or contact us on social media: Instagram: @thefabledbroadcast Twitter: @thefabledtweets All original theme music by The Fabled Few Subscribe wherever you get your podcasts, past episodes always available!
