Episode 16: What Should I Wear?

from The Being On Stage Podcast · host Reggie Daughson

How do you decide what you wear on stage? This should always be part of your plan. What you wear is an extension of the performance. Your Audience needs you to put thought into your visual presentation of yourself. You could be the best musician or singer or drag queen or dancer in the world but the audience will not care if you are not presented well. You cannot get on stage it your street clothes, gym clothes, or “running-errands clothes.” A great outfit does need to cost a fortune, take a trip to a craft shore and a thrift shop - find a way to CREATE your vision.
