"God Bless Sammy Hagar" In true “Fast Kids” fashion, Jamie Stillman has worn a lot of hats. He was the drummer in Harriet The Spy, Velocipede and (my favorite) Teeth of the Hydra. Jamie was also the guitarist for the wildly popular Party of Helicopter. All the while running his own label – Donut Friends. Currently, Jamie is the President of Earthquaker Devices – an effects pedal manufacturer based in Akron, Ohio. At the time of this interview he was the bassist of Fringe Candidate and guitarist of Relaxer. Jamie is a very, very busy guy so I was happy that he could find the time to talk for a bit. I’ve known Jamie for a really long time and always enjoyed hanging out with him. It’s a fun conversation with lots of talk about hair metal, youth crew and cults.
