We talk to advocate, PoSH consultant, workplace investigator and SASHA team member Sreevidya Varma. About Sreevidya: Sreevidya Varma AWI-CH, is a lawyer with 20 years of experience. Her practice is focused on conducting impartial workplace investigations for corporate clients. She specializes in all types of workplace misconduct investigations and specifically in sexual harassment inquiries under PSH Law in India. Sreevidya is also a subject matter expert for Code of Business Ethics Violations and is the expert member for several Ombud’s Committees and 35 Internal Committees for redressal of sexual arassment. She regularly conducts trainings on conducting workplace investigations and sexual harassment inquiries. She has helped organisations set up policies, SOPs and develop an internal investigations programme. In addition to her educational and professional background, she holds membership with ACFE (Association of Certified Fraud Examiners) and Association of Workplace Investigators. She is the first person from India to attend AWI’s Training Institute for Workplace Investigators, and hold ANSI accredited Certificate in Workplace investigations.
