Episode 17 Monday 29th April

Send us Fan MailMONDAY.  Today is more of the usual business. In the morning I edit and upload more episodes of my podcast. I then check my emails and I have received an email of the events I want to attend. They are asking me to pay my bill. or at least a deposit. Then its lunchtime and then off to the gym. Then after the hour I leave and go straight home as I am on holiday. TUESDAY. Today sees a big disappointment. I was meant to take a river trip but unfortunately this has been cancelled due to the overnight rain and strong currents. So I am offered an alternative and that is in september. I accept.  Also my grass is overgrown due to the rain so I decide to cut it. Then its lunchtime and a chill until bed time. WEDNESDAY. Due to the cancellation of the river trip I go and spend the day with my mum. While I am there I receive my pay slip and receive a shock! I have been uderpaid. While I have at work for the last 15 years I have had the same amount every year. So why the difference now ? However we go off to lunch at a garden centre and then return to my mums in the afternoon. Then we have a cup of tea and nice piece of cake and then I drive home. THURSDAY. Its polling day and I go and help to get the vote out in another Constituency. After doing that I return home. I discover that my wife has had a shower and has put the washing on. FRIDAY. I have been asked if I would like to be a counting agent at the count for the Police and Crime Commissioner election. It takes all morning. At lunchtime the result is announced and the Conservative candidate has won by just 3384 votes. Very close! We head home and guess what! Yup its raining. As I head home I get some shopping. SATURDAY. Its a gym day and its a heavy chest session. I am trying to get used to benching 50kg. And it takes half an hour to do this. Then we move on to the dumbell press. Then we move on to the assisted dips machine. then we move on to the plate loaded chest press. My pt thinks this is enough for a session. So its time to go home after this. Sunday. Its the usual sunday. Out to do the weekly shop then home and in the afternoon cook the sunday roast!
