This week we sit down with Chef Niles of Millwright's restaurant in Simsbury CT. Being one of the best tasting menus in the area, we talk to Niles about how he became head chef in Chef Tyler's absence, his love for Minus the Bear, his quaint hometown of Collinsville and a hilarious pant-shitting story. More than likely we will be having no episode next week due to a total rebrand and overhaul but we will be back on Monday July 4th with a special Independence Day edition!
