Episode 17: Your River Flows

from Woo As Fuck

Episode Notes Today we talk all about flow! Megan and I discuss what it feels like to be in a flow state and why learning what flow State is is pivotal in learning how to live a life where we can see our desires manifested. Megan and I are currently learning how to operate in flow ourselves and are having hiccups in our day-to-day life with experiences that block this flow. We hope that you can learn from our experience and implement tools discussed, specifically we talked about learning how to acknowledge what flow feels like personally through recognizing what fills your cup and what drains it. This weeks tool for your toolbox is to to look at what you’re literally filling your cup with… And also to look at what you’re pouring out of that cup. Once you have an understanding of this recognizing when you are and are not in a flow state, learning how to operate within one is much easier. At the end of the episode we were able to clarify three questions to ask yourself that can help you recognize when you are in a flow state as opposed to if you are practicing escapism or are overstimulated… Specifically asking yourself: 1.    Am I excited?     2.    Do I want to do this thing right now? Or at a future time?     3.    How is my body feeling in this moment?
