Shweta and Shweta talk about microaggressions - what they are, and why we should be paying attention to them. About the Guest: Shweta Bhat is a psychological counsellor, PoSH consultant, Trainer and the host and editor of Voice - The SASHA PoSHcast. Having worked and volunteered at various organizations spanning across different industries, Shweta noticed that every industry is plagued by issues around sexual harassment and boundary violations in the workplace. These observations drew her towards conversations about consent, gender equity and appropriate professional behaviour that are emerging as key issues at work, especially in relation to changing cultural influences. Shweta likes to explore these ideas in her workshops with employees, Internal Committee members and Human Resource teams, as well as in her role as External Member of PoSH committees.
