Simon Arias was born in Youngstown, Ohio and was able to find his path as a leader on the football field at a young age. Simon played at Youngstown-Ursuline High School, leading his team to a state championship in his senior year. This led to a scholarship at Mercyhurst University, where Simon earned his bachelor's degree. Following graduation, Simon was hired by the Surace-Smith Agency of American Income Life and quickly climbed the ranks, becoming a regional manager within his first year. Simon opened his first Arias Agencies location in Pittsburgh in 2008. Today, Arias Agencies has grown to over 20 locations, making it the largest individual producing agency in the U.S. under the Globe Life umbrella. In 2016, Simon partnered with his mentor & long-time friend, Marcus Smith to start Cash Money Consulting, a consulting firm aimed at coaching other State General Agents within American Income Life and National Income Life. Growing up in a tough neighborhood, Simon knew what it meant to have good role models. Inspired by the influences of his family and coaches, Simon has taken it upon himself to seek out young people, oftentimes from a similar background, to mentor in hopes to lead them toward the path of greatness. In 2015, Simon partnered with Inspiring Minds to open IM Youngstown. In 2021, Simon started another youth program in Pittsburgh, Steel City Impact.
