Russ is a Naui Master diver, Division Master Breacher, Combat Diver and just an all around good human. He is re-purposing his experiences to influence an overall mentality shift amongst those he works with through his company, Apex Performance Solutions. He chooses to embrace gratitude and appreciation amidst struggle for the things that common people view as impassable in pursuit of fulfilling their purpose.
