Episode 20: It's Just A Story

But it wasn’t until I was told, “It’s just a story,” did I stop and reflect and realize that all those people who were hanging onto their stories, were using that story as a reason for why they could not heal. And if I wasn't careful and aware of this, I risked doing the same thing.  Once I made the conscious decision to reframe everything that had happened to me into the context of “it’s just a story," everything started to shift from that point forward.
