Welcome to this week's edition of the book group! This week our Guest Host is Kelly Kraemer, from College of St. Ben's and St. John's University. These books are the ones that touch people's lives, and touch the fears they have. When society seems scary around us, reading dystopian fiction increases because people want to see how things can go wrong. After the 2016 elections, sales of dystopian fiction increased dramatically. Fiction can help us put things into perspective, and hopefully there is a happy ending that we can all aspire to!
