Episode 21: Derek Blanchard

Today’s episode is a good one. Today I bring on Derek Blanchard. You can learn a lot from this guy. We dive into the importance of authenticity, vulnerability and mentorship for men. I always love hearing a male perspective on this. We spend a good portion on this topic and he has a lot to say about it. It’s not all to serious because I give him his platform to praise his beloved LSU team and share his most embarrassing story. Sorry for my squeal reaction to this story. It’s pretty embarrassing.
