Episode 22 - Step to the Stage

Welcome back! This is Episode 22 of I’m Not Mad … I’m Pissed! Literally three days after we said we were going to expand the scope of the podcast, Will Smith delivers the slap heard round the world! While we don’t exactly do a deep dive into that topic, considering it has been covered ad nauseam over the past two weeks. It was important to approach that topic from a certain perspective politically. And no, he did not set black people back 100 years, or even 40 years, Texas is single handedly taking care of that all on their own. Additionally, we saw the first black woman CONFIRMED to the United States Supreme Court. We discuss why this is not only a big deal today, but why it will continue to be a moment over the next 15 to 20 years because of the symbolism. Midterms are coming up so it’s time to address, in a real way, why Democrats, progressives/liberals and leftist lose so damn much. Unless, y’all not ready to have that conversation? Well, I am.
