Episode Notes Hello there and welcome to our first episode of Season Three! In today’s “relaxed fit “episode Megan and I (Lissa) ended up with a harder hitting episode than anticipated, but much needed. We start off by reviewing our new podcast format, and then quickly get into what we’ve both been experiencing during our month off from recording. Ultimately both Megan and I have been experiencing what we call “death energy “ specifically, letting go of everything we thought we were so that we can make room to step into all that we are. Implementing the “wouldn’t it be nice if” exercise 2.) Writing out a list of the ways in which you “numb out“… The unconscious actions we engage in on a regular basis as a means of escaping the soul as opposed to connecting with it. 3.) And lastly, we encourage you to normalize your 3-D being your side hustle. What we mean by that is removing ourselves from the idea that what we do to pay our bills is what we actually “do”. Whatever you are doing to feed your soul, that is the work that you really do. And we encourage you to start owning that, your soul will thank you!
