Episode 25: Navigating The Cosmic Death

I call it “The Cosmic Death’ because it’s a death that affects you across the board of the mental, emotional and spiritual but leaves the physical intact. And that’s why, in my own opinion, it’s much more difficult to experience The Cosmic Death because it’s like being wide awake for your own heart and brain surgery. Or your own internal destruction. But you also get to be awake for your internal rebirth which is the reward for going through this extremely profound and life-changing experience. But how to navigate it? That’s the question.
