And who will fight the dirtiest?  This week we're breaking down Season 2, Episode 9, "The Election."Andie (Meredith Monroe) decides to snag Joey as her running mate to run for Class President. When her opponents start a smear campaign against one of them, things become a little less about politics and a lot more about being an absolutely disgusting human being--(COUGH COUGH Abby COUGH COUGH).Joey (Katie Holmes) is still finding her footing after her breakup with Dawson but is somehow finding her way closer and closer to Jack (Kerr Smith). As she tries to get Jack to open up more about his personal life, she starts to understand just why he wants to keep his mouth shut. Dawson (James Van Der Beek) is realizing that he's been dealing with his life issues as an adult and not like the 15-year-old that he is. When Jen (Michelle Williams) becomes his "regression sponsor, Dawson starts to realize he needs to figure out his issues more from the heart and not from his big head. Pacey (Joshua Jackson) stands by Andie as her campaign manager. When things become a little too close to home for Andie during the election debates, he discovers that she may not be the only one being so upfront about her life. Pacey, being a victim of the school rumor mill himself, tries to help Andie in her situation. But will it be enough? We also discuss "stealing" moments, anger regression, and how relatable Gale is this week when it comes to how she deals with stress by cooking and cleaning.
