After growing up around a complicated and confusing approach to human emotions, and coming face to face with the long-term effects of emotional trauma, Jen set out on a mission to understand and craft an approach to two very important lists: 8 human emotions, 12 human needs. After offering an introduction and orientation to understanding emotions and needs, Jen and the guys try to apply these human realities and responses to Bob and his situation and to others in the group.
