Today’s episode is a conversation I had recently on Knoxville radio station, Joy620AM with the Church Mechanic. My old friend, Rev. Pat Polis hosts the show and we talked about proactive disciple making in the local church and how we live into the Great Commision. Pat and I will talk about the challenges pastors face in their churches today and how we are called to address them.
