Today I talk about the importance of a wider vision AND a smaller one. What we do in the moment matters 100% of the time. But people freak out when I say that to them. I’m offering a different way. Most people don't like the idea of responsibility because they think that it means they have to work all the time, never take a break, never stop.They take the concept of responsibility to an extreme. They go from the vision to this end-result cartoon of what they think that looks like. And of course that is too much.
