Episode 29 - Kyoshi Dave Kovar

I probably still do tons wrong, I still don't have all the answers, but I'm a lot better than I was ten years ago. On this episode, we have Kyoshi Dave Kovar, an exciting martial artist, and an incredible teacher. I met Kyoshi Kovar back in July at the Super Summer Seminars event, the same place I met Sensei Katie Murphy and a number of other amazing martial artists. I was fortunate enough to work with him during a self-defense seminar and I was blown away. His reputation is certainly deserved. Kyoshi Kovar was kind enough to appear on the show and we had a great conversation. As with most of our guests, he absolutely loves the martial arts, but I might venture that his love is greater than most.
