Episode 3: Balance is Key!

from Oceans of Hope · host Jordan

Hello everyone and welcome back to Oceans of Hope! I am so excited about today’s episode! Over Memorial Day weekend I went to a music festival called BottleRock. I came back home really inspired to record and work towards my different goals for myself and the environment. Today’s episode is inspired by that trip and the importance of having balance in our lives. Not only in balance important for our lives in general and in particular when we want to continue to work towards a climate solution. Having balance in your life helps you to be able to continue to have a lasting impact on your goals and avoid burnout, so it is essential and I am so glad that I am talking about it at the beginning of the podcast! Links to things I talked about in the episode:-       Why Climate Change is Urgent from the EDF: https://www.edf.org/climate/why-fighting-climate-change-so-urgent Follow Oceans of Hope on Instagram and Twitter (@OceansOfHopePod)!
