I'm not going to lie...this feels a bit tough to put out there because it feels very personal. But I am doing it because this is SUCH an important conversation for us to have, and there has never been a better or more important time to have it. "Doing it all," especially for women is such a loaded term. I use it as a tagline for this podcast..." women who are striving and thriving in the quest to "do it all." So it is important to me that we have some common understanding of the reality of "doing it all" and what that really means.In this episode, I talk about what "doing it all" means to me, and how that required a bit of a reframe. I now know, it isn't really about doing everything, or walking that imaginary tight rope every day, feeling like you are going to fall at any second. Now, I know "doing it all" is about honoring your values.
