Episode 3 - Honouring the Birthdays of those we have lost

Today, I’m recording this episode on the beach at sunrise, on what would have been my dad’s 56th birthday. Birthdays can be a bittersweet reminder of those we’ve lost, but I’ve come to see them as a chance to celebrate and honour our loved ones. Grief doesn't have a rulebook and birthdays can bring up so many emotions.
