Carnivals are places of wonder. Bright lights. Spinning rides. Sticky fingers wrapped around cotton candy. But in May of 2017, the joyful hum of the fairgrounds in Greene County, Tennessee, was pierced by a scream and the dull thud of a body hitting the ground. What was first seen as a tragic accident would soon unravel into something much darker. Calculated. Cold. And as twisted as the metal beams of the Ferris wheel itself. This is the story of James Ferris.
