One is often led to believe that being naturally gifted is the most important pre-requisite for being successful. Almost all successful music artists and sports persons are believed to be born with some kind of natural talent.

Do you really think though that all these sports personalities and singers and musicians who have achieved near cult status are actually just talented and recognized it from the get go??. sometimes it takes a lot of self belief to recognize your talents.

Truth be told there are very few of us who feel like we are especially talented or gifted, so many of us feel like we either are not gifted at all or that we don’t know what to do to monetize or best utilize those gifts.

I want us all to believe that there is a better, sharper, stronger version of ourselves hidden somewhere inside and if we only find a way to let that version be seen by our teams , our superiors , our colleagues and the world in general there is great promise and great reward in store.  We are all gifted, but sometimes we are so full of self-doubt that we fail to open our packages. Join me in this episode to help you do just that!!
