Episode 32: Energetic Hygiene

from Woo As Fuck

Energetic Hygiene Hello, and welcome to today’s podcast where we discuss energetic hygiene. What is that you ask? Good question! Energetic hygiene is the process of taking care of your energy and emotional body in the same way you would your physical body by releasing things that do not serve you, reclaiming what energy is yours and then grounding that energy in and down as well as shielding it for protection. In this episode we review the fundamentals and how-to’s of grounding, shielding releasing and reclaiming. Specifically we review what energetic hygiene is, how to do it and how often to do it. We talk about various techniques we use personally and how we began implementing these practices in our daily lives as well as how doing this has changed our energy body and our life.  Megan is also recording a guided meditation for grounding shielding and releasing so you can practice these tools on your own!
