Episode #33: It's Okay To Cry

from The Worthy Woman Collective · host Tara Kinden

As we are being pulled deeper and deeper into ourselves while we are all navigating these interesting times, I think we could all use the reminder that it's okay to cry.  To grieve the loss of what has been, to rest when we are tired, to not feel pressured to create when we are exhausted and to honour our spiritual selves more than ever.   This is a time of mass awakening for the entire world and for those of you who've been doing a spiritual practice for sometime now - you've been in training for this exact moment.  The best thing you can do right now is lead by example.  Share your practice and give those who don't have a practice yet some ideas on how they can begin slowly.   Also I mention that brutal inner critic we all have and how it may be running a muck!  How to get it under control before you get pulled down the rabbit hole of "not good enough"  This is a time to allow your spiritual awakening happen just as it's meant to.  As your shadow self becomes more apparent relax into it, get to know this side of yourself and transform what you don't love.
