I met Ella on a panel talking about ways to make things fairer in the live industry. With a wealth of experience, Ella has pivoted from success in corporate to now being part of a rapidly growing sector of the music tech industry working with artists on first party data making stronger connections to fans disrupting how the industry has previously worked with data. 

When you disrupt you have to bring people along with you. So from a leadership perspective, I wanted to dive into how Ella leads and galvanises her team to do this in a newly competitive market that has often stuck with the status quo.
