What people don't tell you about your "healing girl era" is that a lot of the time, it's really freaking hard and comes with a lot of growing pains, and you're sometimes still going to have days where you're in your own head. Despite that, I've made many scary major life decisions this year, blindly trusting that they were best for me and that everything would work out. In this episode, I share some of those decisions, including leaving my job without any semblance of a plan and 'crying, screaming, throwing up' my way through what seems like every anti-anxiety medicine in the book.
