Noble Gibbens is a West Point graduate, a former Infantry Officer in the 82nd Airborne, a serial entrepreneur, an expert in emotional intelligence (EQ), a podcaster and owner of a consulting company.Noble was born in a small town in Oklahoma. His father was a doctor and his mother taught Spanish at the University of Oklahoma. After graduating at the top of his class, Noble was accepted into one of the most prestigious military colleges in the world, West Point. After commissioning, Noble became an Infantry Officer in the 82nd Airborne. Post career, Noble became a serial entrepreneur and owned many businesses. Within the last five years, a series of events led Noble to recognize his lack of emotional intelligence. Since then, Noble has become and expert in EQ and now consults with companies to improve leadership and emotional intelligence in the work place. Topics discussed include: Noble's bio, his military background, leadership, mentorship and emotional intelligence.
