Steven signed up for an Ironman 70.3 with his more experienced buddy and trained from June to August for the event in early September. They happened to finish only a few minutes apart which was a great experience! He talks about geeking out on his swimming training data, the steps he took to not freak out in the water and other learnings from his biking and running training.
