Recorded to celebrate Pharmacy Technician Day during Pharmacists Month, they discuss Sara’s career journey as a pharmacy technician and support from mentor, Randy McDonough.  Kelly describes their experiences transforming pharmacy practice by advancing the roles of pharmacy technicians including Sara serving as a “checking technician” and providing immunizations. Kelly’s journey to pharmacy ownership is discussed. Sara’s recognition as 2021 Immunization Champion in the Pharmacy Team Member category also is celebrated.
