Things began to shift when he was originally assigned to open up and reveal step one at a retreat for compulsive gamblers. However, Hugo ended up having to wrap things up at the retreat and end on step 12. After some reflection, Hugo realizes that he had rewritten all 12 Steps in a manner that will forever change not only his life, but addicts all over. What started as a retreat presentation has since become a YouTube channel, a website, a podcast, an online course and even two books! But Hugo refuses to let it end there...
