In this episode, Peter Leary, MD talks about factors that might lead to over-treatment, under-treatment, or "just-right" treatment and emphasizes that guidelines are important but there is no "one-size fits all" approach to treatment of pulmonary hypertension.  Peter Leary is the director of the pulmonary vascular disease program at the University of Washington.
