Episode 45 - Cammie Eames - Taking my power back from alcohol by learning to love myself

from Neff Inspiration · host Neff Inspiration

In Cammie's words: In western culture, self love and sobriety are both radical acts of rebellion. The world is constantly sending us messages that we are not good enough and drinking is the magic elixir that will solve all of our problems. When I stopped listening to the harmful messages the world was sending me and started to listen to my true self, my life became more meaningful and more fulfilling. After 30 years of drinking, I have found my calling in life as a Sobriety Coach. I work with women to get to the root of why they drink and to deprogram the message of “not enoughness” that society has told us since birth. Self- love and sobriety is the ultimate act of rebellion in society that expects us to conform and surrender our power. It is my privilege to help women gain back their power and to help them create the sober life that they have dreamed of.  3 top tips We take care of the things we love.
