We have usually spent years practicing the behaviors of drinking, and in return we need to practice the behavior of living without alcohol. More than anything, we have to find humor in our faults and understand no one goes through life gracefully. What fun is that anyway? She draws on her medical education, as well as her training as a neuro-linguistic programming practitioner, and certified life and recovery (from all vices) coach to help women discover the root cause of their cycle. She ultimately helps women create a life they don’t want to numb. She lives in Austin, Texas with her ridiculously supportive husband, and two boys who she sees as her biggest teacher.
