In this season as a parent, friend and educator I recognize  the responsibility of the safe spaces I've created. When people feel comfortable enough to be vulnerable and transparent, it is an honor and privilege. But it also requires us to be present within ourselves so that we don't over-extend ourselves to be available. Join me on the couch for this early morning chat!Support the show
