Episode 5: Four Terrifying Questions

from The Leading Creative Podcast

After I have completed a major project, I like to circle back and look at the successes and why those elements were successful. I also like to look back at the areas I feel could use improvement and begin some action plans to improve those areas.   I can review most of the systems and processes of the project with my creative/production team, or on my own. However, there is one big element of every project I'm involved  in that always proves difficult to truly honestly review:   Me.   And if you're the leader, it's you too! If you're a leader of creative, often times, getting honest and helpful feedback is tough.   Here are four terrifying questions to get the feedback you need to become the leader you want to be.   (They aren't actually all that terrifying. I just used that word for click bait.)
