As CEO of Aligning Touch Physical Therapy and Myofascial release (MFR) Mckenna received her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology from Temple University. She then went on to receive her Masters in Physical Therapy from Cal State Long Beach. She continues her education taking classes through John Barnes school of myofascial release for the last 8 years. She has owned AligningTouch Physical Therapy & MFR since 2014. With over 11 years of experience working in an outpatient neurological and Orthopedic physical therapy setting she loves the art of Physical Therapy & Myofascial Release. Mckenna has had a successful career working with different chronic neurological, orthopedic and pelvic floor diagnoses. Her unique style of treatment combines the traditional art of physical therapy with subtle energy work, aromatherapy, sound healing, breath work, charka balancing and myofascial release.
